I found a duplication bug in pipeworks mod, where you use a adjustable vaccuming tube and drop a item and get it before the vaccuming tube get the item, them you get 1 item and the vacumming tube get other item, when used with entire stacks of items, it duplicates entire stacks. I hope it get fixed, maybe just disable the adjustable vaccuming tube is enough for now
