you can go here

cd /home/pi/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Plug-ins/

and add your plugin.bundle folder.

Please remember to

sudo chown root:root -R plugin.bundle

otherwise it won't show up.

Also, a PMS restart may be required.
