How often are ya'll checking the v3 site? Major developments every day or two...
Been getting started [finally] on the individual episode pages. The content population phase of all this is going to be NASTY huge... I might (if possible) give some of you testers access to it to help with content... I don't know how I can do it alone with the number of shows we have.
Thoughts so far? Love it? Hate it?

Yes, tons going on in the undergarments.
I call it "magic"... all the little things that are big things happening in the background. And the real excitement for me comes from the fact that it's almost entirely automatic.
With the current site for example, I have to manually add each episode. V3? No way! It adds them automatically, complete with all the images you see.
My work comes from just making all the images for the past episodes, but moving forward it'll just be "upload a picture of the show, and let V3 do the rest"... it adds the players, does everything entirely automatic.
And to boot, it's starting to look a little bit sexy. Will get there.
Also working on the new ad space, which is also very exciting because it means we can place more ads but not look too "ad driven".... it'll be clean.

I check every few days right now. Not too worried about checking often until phase 2 hits. Right now though everything *works* well in each browser I test (Including the Metro IE which is very nice.)

There is no flame, it is just me putting these points out there once again..
1) End users are typically idiots, therefore Metro will make their lives easier.
2) If you hate Metro, you tend to call yourself a "power user"... So go earn that title.
3) Metro is awesome from a technological point of view since now you don't need to code an app to the processor architecture and also don't need to manage resources AND it can run safely from phones to full desktops... No one else can do that all these things.
4) Stop complaining about it and just *choose* not to use the software if it is that big of a deal to you. You do remember you have a choice right?
5) There are tons of other things that make Metro good, and also tons of things that do make it bad. But, most of the things that make it bad will be worked out over time.
