currently setting up v. 1.3

1) can we use

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade


like normal?
2) will plexmediaserver be able to be updated from the normal repository, or are we stuck with the included version
3) if we upgrade to a newer release of plexpy, do we have to flash a new image and start again, or will there be an upgrade command
4) can we move the location of the metadata folder onto an external (usb) HDD or SSD so we don't clog up the internal SD card?
