NEMS is not able to Monitor Physical Node

#1
Hello
i have some problem with our NEMS and the NSClient++. I have two Phyiscal Nodes and some VMs on it. I can monitor every VM with my NEMS but not the Physical Nodes. In Nems Adagios i recive the Error: CHECK_NRPE STATE CRITICAL: Socket timeout after 10 seconds.

2019-11-25 16:57:37: error:c:\source\master\modules\CheckSystem\CheckSystem.cpp:226: Failed to load: disk_queue_length: Invalid strategy: UNKNOWN
2019-11-25 16:57:37: info:c:\source\master\modules\CheckSystem\pdh_thread.cpp:236: Not checking PDH data

(Original) error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:217: Failed to bind 0.0.0.0:5666(ipv4): Der Zugriff auf einen Socket war aufgrund der Zugriffsrechte des Sockets unzulässig
error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:165: Failed to setup endpoint

(Original) error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:217: Failed to bind [::]:5666(ipv6): Der Zugriff auf einen Socket war aufgrund der Zugriffsrechte des Sockets unzulässig
error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:165: Failed to setup endpoint
error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:170: NO endpoints available

Translatet: error:c:\source\master\include\socket/server.hpp:217: Failed to bind IPv4/6 Accesses to the Socket was inadmissible because of Permission

What i have tried already:
New installation NSClient
Telnet from a Server to the IP-Adresse of the Physical Node with Port 5666 (it work's)
Disabled FireWall completely - there is no other Anti-Virus/Firewall Software
Createt a Portforwarding in the Windows Firewall
Used antoher nsclient.ini (at the End of this Post you finde my nsclient.ini - that works on every VM but noch on the Physical Servers)

Do you have any Idea where the Problem is ?

Code:
# If you want to fill this file with all available options run the following command:
#   nscp settings --generate --add-defaults --load-all
# If you want to activate a module and bring in all its options use:
#   nscp settings --activate-module <MODULE NAME> --add-defaults
# For details run: nscp settings --help
