511 - The Ultimate Use of VR

Question posed on Episode 511: What do you think would be the ultimate use for VR technology?

Me? Aside from the obvious "kill zombies invading your spaceship" use, I think micro medical procedures which are currently very dangerous or difficult by hand could use robotic instruments guided by a doctor in VR. If the precision could be exact and the sensitivity set so the doctor could make extremely fine movements at the micro level, we could see some really incredible advances in surgical cures.
